| Description | 1940s-50s Louis Chiron driver helmet. This light blue cotton racing cap is branded "Borsello Torino", and dates circa late 1940s/early 1950s. It is complete with racing goggles and string back driving gloves. Louis Chiron drove several cars in this period including winning the 1949 French GP in a Talbot-Lago T26 and 3rd at the 1950 Monaco GP in a Maserati 4 CLT/48 for the Officine Alfieri Maserati.
