| Description | 1950s Muhammad Ali Post boxing gloves. An extremely rare original pair of 10 ounce gloves used by Cassius Clay in his early career. These POST gloves are well worn, and have a wonderful patina. They were given by Ali back in the day to Sugar Ray Robinson. The gloves are marked in pen 'C. Clay' inside each glove. They come with a certificate from boxing memorabilia authority Craig Hamilton as well as a letter written by Ray Robinson II who acquired them from his father, Sugar Ray. This is an unbelievable piece of boxing history! |
