IMOLA 2001 PHOTOS

BMW Power! Imola 2001 was fantastic.  I had a pitpass for the weekend and was able to spend some quality time with several key people.  Since I planned this trip on the Tuesday prior to the race, I was really lucky to organize flight & hotel accomodations.  And speaking of hotels - I found the best one - a quaint chateau minutes from the track where Michael, Ralf, Mika, Juan, Niki, Bobby & TW stayed - what more can you ask for!
The highlight of my trip was dining with Mika & Erja on Friday & Saturday night - unfortunately, I didn't think this was a proper photo opportunity :-(  However, I did have the pleasure of being escorted by Mika's people to the track, and got a great picture when we waved Mika off Sunday morning as he took the helicopter behind our hotel.   Below are some photos of my weekend.
